BBUK worked on two housing sites with Mikhail Riches as part of Hackney Council’s Housing Supply Programme. The first to be completed was Wimbourne Street, which provides 59 homes and 1 commercial unit on 2 separate sites across the street – 62% of the homes are affordable.

Our landscaping includes an entrance courtyard to the new building and a large play area set in lawns with extensive SUDs rain gardens. Excellent large specimen trees have been retained, and serve as a buffer between the accommodation and the relatively noisy traffic, and the area is further enhanced and emphasised with a landscaped entrance courtyard.
