The Post Building is a redevelopment of the Royal Mail sorting office on New Oxford Street in Central London into a mix of office, retail and residential areas and is located at the intersection of five major roads in London.

The development also makes a significant contribution to the public realm by creating a new public space on Museum Street, reactivating the historic route of Dunn’s Passage, and providing public access to roof terraces and gardens designed by BBUK.

Part of the extensive roof garden is open to the public and this section has multi stemmed cherry trees, underplanted with evergreen grasses, low shrubs and perennials.  Seating has been incorporated into the planters so visitors can enjoy far reaching views across London.

The remainder of the roof terrace is retained for use by the building’s tenants, with areas for meetings divided from each other with hedges, a sundowner terrace that faces west, designed for office staff to enjoy the breathtaking views, and a lunch area with seating surrounded by plantings of herbs.
