Ten hectares of public open space is being designed by BBUK to incorporate new formal playing fields, an area ofopen space for informal play, picnicking or events and a wide band of new native woodland planting, wildflower meadows and attenuation ponds.A large neighbourhood area for play and smaller local area for play will serve both existing and new local residents in the Newhall area
